1. What payment methods do you accept?
 
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card, as our primary payment methods.
 
2. How can I apply a discount, gift card, or rewards points?
 
To apply a discount, gift card, coupon, or rewards points, please proceed to your shopping cart and click on “checkout.” On the right-hand side of the screen, you will find the total cost of your order and a designated area where you can enter your discount code or gift card code. Additionally, you can apply your rewards points by clicking on the provided button.
 
3. Can I add a discount after placing my order?
 
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discounts to orders once they have been placed. To ensure the discount is applied, please enter the code at checkout before making payment. Additionally, please note that multiple discounts cannot be combined for a single order.
 
4. What currency do you use for processing orders?
 
All orders are processed in USD (United States Dollars). While the contents of your cart may be displayed in other currencies, you will be charged in USD at the prevailing exchange rate.
 
5. How do I receive my refund?
 
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as a credit or debit card. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
