Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We want to ensure your satisfaction, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that used items cannot be returned or exchanged. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we apologize, but we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.

Valid reasons for returns include:

Restocking fees are waived for all returns, including defective products or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.

All refunds are securely processed through Stripe and typically take 5-7 business days to complete. The refund will be credited to the original payment account. Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
 
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
 
Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
CANCEL
 
Please be aware that we can only accept cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
